Do you ship outside of the United States?

We sure do!

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship as soon as possible after your order is placed! If all items are in stock, it will usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Please remember we are a small business, sourcing ingredients, hand crafting and creating the highest quality products with so much love and intention. These things take time and we want to make sure when you order does arrive, it is magical, nourishing, and oh so healing!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Just select "USPS Priority Mail Express" shipping at checkout and your order will arrive to you within 1-2 business days.

Will I get tracking information with my order?

Absolutely! You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and as soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

So glad you asked! Not only is our packaging environmentally friendly, every piece of our packaging is either backyard compostable, sustainable, ethically sourced, and/or reusable. We are committed to doing our part to take care of the Earth. 

Why don't I have my order yet?

Great question! Our goal is always to ship orders as soon as possible after orders are placed and we are committed to doing everything we can to make that happen.

If your order is shipping later than you expected, please check your email incase we have sent any updates. We are likely making a fresh batch of your product.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders as all sales are final once orders have shipped. Please see the refund policy on our website for additional information.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We are so sorry that happened! Please refer to our Shipping Policy for missing & damaged order. Please immediately take photos of your damaged order and reach out to hello@irisherbals.com as soon as possible.

We will re-ship your order.

Questions About Our Products...

How long will one bag of tea or capsules last?

Our smaller bags of tea provide ~ 1 month supply and our larger bags of tea provide ~ 3 month supply. We recommend brewing your herbs twice to get 2 cups of tea for every tablespoon of herbs.

Our capsule and powder formulas intentionally provide a 1 month supply in every bag.

Do your products have a shelf life?

Herbs have living components to them and volatile oils that should be protected from heat, sunlight and air. Your herbal goods will last for 1 year as long as you store your herbs properly in a sealed container (our bags are perfect), out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products do not contain any added fillers, chemicals, binders or preservatives which are commonly found in other supplements. Each ingredient list contains exactly what's in the product - just herbs.

Our capsules are organic, vegan plant cellulose capsules.

Can I take more than one formula at once?

Yes, you can take many our herbal formulas together. Please refer to our product bundles to see which products we recommend pairing together and how to dose them appropriately.

We usually recommend pairing a capsule formula and a tea formula together.

Do I need to change my diet while taking herbs?

Technically, no. However, the deeper you go with your lifestyle changes the deeper the herbs can go.

Can I take any of the products if I'm on medications?

I dont know, can you? It's crucially important that you do your own research and triple-check any pharmaceutical medication interactions with herbs.

We support you being sovereign.

We love the triple-check rule of thumb, which means have 3 confirmed sources that it is safe for you to take your pharmaceutical medication alongside the herbs of your choosing.

Please always consult your doctor, physician or practitioner before consuming any new herb.

Are any of the products safe during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

Generally, for the average pregnant or breastfeeding woman, the following formulas can be safe:

Are your products tested?

Our products are always sourced wildcrafted/organic. Our products are rigorously tested for heavy metals, pesticides, mold, bacteria and fungi. If you would like to request the lab testes, please let us know and we can get these for you!
