These are vegan plant capsules including only whole herbs. We do not include fillers (magnesium stearate, soy, rice, etc.), binders or preservatives.
How To Use: For the average adult, take 2-3 herbal capsules, 2 times per day with hydration. We recommend starting with a half dose for the first 3 days and then beginning the regular dosage. This bag contains a one month supply.
Ideally, space out the doses equally or take right before breakfast and dinner.

I take this first thing in the morning and it really sets me up for the day. I love the blend because I am a busy mother who runs multiple businesses and a farm and it just gives me that feeling of being held and supported.
